Family succession

The original company ICS Systems Pvt. Ltd., registered under the Companies Act, was incorporated in New Delhi in October 1990. The company is a brainchild of a group of successful and enterprising computer professionals.

Today, it specializes in the manufacturing of electronic systems, process control and automation, software development, and turn key engineering projects in the aviation and railroad industry. Thanks to our deep engineering expertise, keeping up with the latest cutting-edge trends, and experience at the intersection of construction and electronics, the company’s development towards the production of high-tech building materials was a natural step.

We are pleased to offer the Indian market a highly durable building material with roots in the European aerospace industry.

Technology

The production method of our GFRP rebars is called Pultrusion

Pultrusion is a continuous process of manufacturing long profile products by pulling a matrix polymer composition with continuous fibers through a shaping and consolidating device (pultrusion head).

In the manufacture of products by pultrusion, two (central) elements are distinguished that form the composition:

Matrix (mainly polyester and thermosetting resins; less often thermoplastic polymers).

Reinforcing element (mainly fiberglass; less often - carbon and basalt fiber)

Matrix (mainly polyester and thermosetting resins; less often thermoplastic polymers).

In addition to these components, in the manufacture of products by pultrusion, the use of modifying additives is allowed, the purpose of which is to give products specific properties, improve physical and mechanical properties and increase the aesthetic appeal of the resulting products.

Pultrusion technology is used to obtain products with high specific strength and rigidity. The production technology has a high degree of flexibility (in terms of materials used, structure, and product design), and science intensity and belongs to the innovative category.

The technology of pultrusion is very successfully used for the production of critical products of aviation and rocket and space technology, building materials, and products for the needs of the automotive industry and mechanical engineering. In addition, products obtained by pultrusion are also used in agriculture.

We use pultrusion technology on the latest generation European equipment in our manufacturing process.

The entire production process was developed in Europe specifically for the needs of ICS Composites. Production standards correspond to advanced world trends.
